How Far Along: 38 weeks

Size: Baby Girl is the size of a pumpkin: 6.2 – 9 lbs and 19ish in. long.

New Baby Developments: She may have about an inch of hair already, and she’s slowly shedding that white goo on her skin.

37 Weeks

How Far Along: 37 weeks

Size: Baby Girl is the size of a Winter Melon: 6.2 – 9 lbs and 19ish in. long.

New Baby Developments: She’s practicing some skills: inhaling, exhaling, sucking, gripping and blinking.  She is also getting her first sticky poo ready for her first diaper.

34, 35, and 36 Weeks

I’ve been a lazy blogger… It’s time to get some updating done.  A lot has been happening and Mollie could be here any day now, so here comes three weeks of bump pics….

OFFICIALLY 9 MONTHS PREGNANT!

How Far Along: 36 weeks

Size: Baby Girl is the size of a Honeydew: 6ish lbs and 18ish in. long.

New Baby Developments: She is getting closer and closer to being able to breathe on her own.  Her skin is getting smooth and soft and her gums are rigid.  Her liver and kidneys are in working order, and her circulation and immune systems are basically good to go!

Movement: There isn’t much room left in there, but she is still moving!

Best Moment of the Week: Starting to go to the doctor every week (and getting checked).  It’s not pleasant, but it reminds me that the big day is close and I am really ready to meet our little girl (and NOT be pregnant anymore)!

How Far Along: 35 weeks

Size: Baby Girl is the size of a Coconut: 6ish lbs and 18ish in. long.

New Baby Developments: Her hearing is fully developed!

Movement: There isn’t much room left in there, but she is still moving!

Best Moment of the Week: Hearing that she is healthy and head down!

How Far Along: 34 weeks

Size: Baby Girl is the size of a Butternut Squash: 5.5 lbs and 18ish in. long.

New Baby Developments: She is recognizing simple songs and urinating about a pint a day.

Movement: There isn’t much room left in there, but she is still moving!

Best Moment of the Week: Having our Family/Close Friends Shower.  It was so great to see so many wonderful people come to support Nate and I.
