MARCH 31, 2016

3 Years and 4 Months

Our Mollie girl is so brave.  She didn’t exactly understand what was going on, but she did everything we asked her to do.  It was a rough day, but man….. she spoiled with love and gifts when we got home.

Both Grandma and Papa, and Grandmamma and Granddaddy came to visit.  And, she enjoyed lots of popsicles and cuddles.

She got all better super fast, and was drinking and eating better than she ever had, in her whole life!

Easter 2016

Easter is one of Mollie’s favorite times of the year.  Our girl loves eggs!  I mean jump out of bed and hunt all day…. loves eggs.  We had a good time dying Easter eggs.  She loved her giant “surprise egg.”  And we even got a picture with the bunny this year (Because she knew the bunny….Shhhh, It was me).

We had a great time at Grandmamma’s and Graddaddy’s, hunting eggs and playing with cousins.  It’s even better in matching shirts.

Then, Mollie sang with the Kid’s Choir for the first time in big church.  She was too cute up there singing “Our God’s not dead, He’s surely alive…”  And, we had an egg hunt in the gym after church…. Before we headed to Grandma and Papa’s.

We had lunch and more fun with cousins.  Plus another egg hunt.  My mom always color coordinates the eggs, which I personally love, so Mollie got to pick up a bunch of pink and purple eggs.  After we found hers, we helped Landry with his green eggs…. they were pretty hard to find in the tall grass.

It was a great Easter!  And having our girl makes everything more fun.  Here’s a comparison of our four Easters with her….. Love her so!
